I'm sorry you're having problems. The automated reset (as found in the FAQ section) is not really the best way to do a password reset. The password sent is case sensitive (sometimes an issue) & is good for only 24 hours.
Instead, click on the Contact Us link (found at the bottom of any page) to request a reset from an Admin. Don't forget to include your user name in your request so we can find your account easily & reset your password.
