iRV2 website difficult

When logging into iRV2 page I forgot my password. This is the most difficult site I have ever dealt with to get a new password. First you have to verify you are a person, ok, then you have to pick out numerous pictures of some given image. You have to go through numerous pages of these pictures, it feels like your being pranked. This seems to be a bit over the top to get your password reset.

If you send a message via the " contact us " at the bottom of every page , we'll gladly reset your password. We do it multiple times a day [emoji2]

I'm sorry you're having problems. The automated reset (as found in the FAQ section) is not really the best way to do a password reset. The password sent is case sensitive (sometimes an issue) & is good for only 24 hours.

Instead, click on the Contact Us link (found at the bottom of any page) to request a reset from an Admin. Don't forget to include your user name in your request so we can find your account easily & reset your password.
