Is New Message Indicator Working Properly?

When I log on, the forums with new messages and the new messages within those forums are properly indicated. At some point during the process of finding and reading new messages, these indicators get turned off long before I am done. Shouldn't they stay on until I log off? Or am I doing something wrong?

Not sure why they aren't staying on for you until you finish but as an alternative you may want to try the "New Since your Last Visit" link locate in the drop down box opened by clicking on "Find".

Thanks for mentioning this as I didn't know it existed. Maybe some of us need to remember to check out everything on the website.
