Is this site monitor by the manufacture of the rigs? As I read through these areas I noticed lot of problems with some of the RVs.

Considering how many RV forum boards are on the Internet I have doubts that any OEM would dedicate the manpower to monitor this site or any of the others. But, you never know, it's always a possibility.

Also, as with any product, there will be more complainers than praisers. If you have a problem you are prone to complain, but if everything is doing good, you tend to be content and quiet.

While I can not speak for all the Manufactures I do know at least ONE of them monitors this site. I have spoken with the service manager (Corporate, National) and we have discussed threads on these forums which he was monitoring.

I do not know if he is the rule, or the exception, however.

I do know he's a nice guy... You won't see his name as he either uses an alias or he just reads.. I'm not sure which.

I'd imagine so at least casually.

On a telescope forum I was part of the owner of Discovery Telescopes called me up personally after I told my tale of CS woe, complete with pictures. Had a great conversation, and the problems were solved. He actually looked me up in his customer database.

Jim, after 30 years everything that could break has broken and been replaced. We are now on the second go around....New A/C after 28 years, new door hinges (very special) after 29 years and new refrigerator about 2 months ago.

Like Rosanna Danna said...If it ain't one thing, it's something else.
