I know this is frustrating you and I do not have a surefire fix however I do understand clearly what you are saying so:

If it is the one thread and not all threads then it must have to do with the sender?

If it is all threads then here is what I would try if I were you:

Upper right corner is a settings icon, click on it and see what your zoom is set for and decrease it?

Or it could be an adjustment on the monitor itself.

Or maybe the scroll on your mouse, hold control on your key board down and move the scroll and see if it changes?

Go to your control panel and search around in the display (or any other seemingly appropriate icon) to see if there is a setting that will make an adjustment for you. Usually there is something about setting monitor % of display, something like that.

Hold your Ctrl button down. And then rotate your mouse scroll wheel either way to make print smaller or larger.

Hold the CTRL button down and tap the "-" key a few times.

Most likely the cause is the size of the pictures that you posted. One of them is causing the thread to be wider. The text will stretch with the pictures. A moderator/administrator will have to re-size the pictures for you.
