I have found that if you open in portrait mode and home button at bottom you can do everything you want. Landscape what ever. I don't know if that was mentioned here or on another forum that i am on. It is a pain to remember to do since I open every which way normally.

starting the app up in portrait mode, log in and all other function worked fine...still needs a patch, but this is a good work around.

It's been a really long time, will this ever get fixed? May be the form should use a different vendor. Does any body else have to spin their iPad because the right side does not work?

Yes, but once you open app in portrait mode, you can flip it back to landscape and all is fine. Hokey, but better than nothing.
