The "new look" is refreshing and clean. Will probably takes us older timers a while to get used to it, but we'll get there.

Hope everyone but me enjoyed spending all evening trying to get a new password then getting to the place to change back to your original password. First it wouldn't accept me for the new password then after so long it finally sent me the e-mail with my new password, but then the website to change passwords said it was not the right one so had to do it all again. This was worse than the last time changes were made. Maybe everything works the first time for computer wizes, but for computer illiterates like me its sure a hassel. I was about ready to give up completely.

I like the new look too. Is there a tutorial or some other resource that describes the features and capabilities of the new environment? Thanks

Once again, I prove that I should look before I post. I found the iRV2 Technical Support and Help I was asking about. It's on the Main page that lists all the Forum communities. Very useful.

Search function isn't working for me. could be the I-net proxies at work. Anyone else having a problem w/ search? I get "web page could not be displayed".

Everything else looks good... except for the double posts from the originator of the thread.

We are working to remove the double first posts and as reported earlier the search engine is still being tweaked.

Please post your forum tech questions and concerns in the tech support forum so that we can address them.

No problem! I hope I didn't come across brash... I'm an IT manager... I know about releasing/upgrading new software...

As for the search function, it could be my company's proxies as much as anything else.

Great job and looks nice!

No worries - we're still tinkering. The search function is on the list of "fixables" still.... sigh.
