I'm always logged in when on my IPad like I am now but when I try to log in on the irv2 app on my phone I can't. It's been so long since I've used my password I'm assuming I'm just not entering it correctly.

How can I get my phone logged in?

Use your iPad to change to a new password. Then sign in on all devices with the new password.

If all else fails, click on the Contact Us link at the bottom of every forum page to contact the Help Desk for a password reset.
