man in circle?

DW asked me what are the symbols of man in circle for and the square?
Duh, I don't remember!

If you mean on the left side of your post, that little guy in the circle indicates whether you are online or not. If the circle is green, you are logged on iRV2. If the circle is gray, you are not signed in. I don't know what "square" you mean.

Sorry, I meant triangle instead of square. We use a tablet and there is no cursor to hover with.

And if the circle is red, it means you're in invisible mode (an option available via User CP/Edit Options). That means you're online, but you aren't listed in the Currently Active Users at the page bottom.

... but only you (the poster who is "invisible") can see the red circle; to others it appears gray.
