Would there be a need or interest in a Mexico section on one of the forums? I know quite a few who RV extensivly in Mexico, and travel tips are always appreciated. The moderator would have to watch out for the racist stuff though.

We have a trip, our first, planned for Mexico during the Christams season. I had to go to another RV forum to get some answers. They have a specific category.

We are very interested in learning from people who have traveled extensively in Mexico.

I don't know if it would be of any help or not but I just posted, at their request, a notice on our Texas Boomers Bulletin Board with a link to a website that provides a coordination service for RV travelers to Mexico.

If interested go to www.texasboomers.org and click on the Bulletin Board to read the post.

Tom and Patty, I recommend you get Mike & Terry Churches book "Travelers Guide to Mexican Camping" Third edition. Also invest in "Guia Roji Mexico Tourist Road Atlas" available from www.guiaroji.com.mx. www.ontheroadin.com is also a good source of information. We went down on the La Penita Express Caravan last year and would recommend Dot and Bill Bell to anyone.

HERE is a link to the South Central region of iRV2.

I would recommend you start a topic in this area to ask your questions concerning travel to and from Mexico.
One of the moderators of that particular area may even choose to "feature" the Mexico post,in order that it would always be at the top of the page and easy to find.

Thanks for your interest in the forum,

Bob
