moving thread

would it be possible when moving a thread to say where its gone? sometimes I like to follow them.... thanks.

We leave temporary redirects in the original location so members can click on it where it was first posted yet it will open in the new location. Eventually the redirect will expire but only after a long enough period for the post followers to pick up on where the thread was moved.

Do you use the subscription system (under thread tools) to follow posts you are interested in? If you do the notification will point you in the direction of where the post is even after the redirect icon has expired.
