Now just use my favorite password as your new password.

And make it secure by spelling it backward.

"BoB"

You could also use "radar" backwards.

There are a lot more just like them and just as secure.

It sounds like all he is looking for is the format for passwords here. Doesn't a mod know? (i.e. one character, one letter, how many character minimum,etc).

Letters, numbers or both, any length.

Passwords are case sensitive.

I don't have to log in, I NEVER turn my computer off. I hasn't been turned off since new about 5 years now.

That really isn't good for your system. If you have a PC (probably mac too, I am just not as familiar with them) it needs to be rebooted occasionally. And in five years you never once had a power outage, even for a few seconds?
