Need some help

I would like to post some pics in the body but after trying all the recommendations listed below, is there any other way I can do this? I tried for over an hour and I guess I just don't get the whole URL things. It seems very complicated compared to other forums where you just cut and paste. Any suggestions or help would be very much appreciated.

If you have the picture hosted on some web space somewhere it is simple. Bring the picture up at whatever location you have it hosted. Copy that URL into the little drop down box that opens when you click on the little icon above the text entry box. (The second one you see from the right hand side that looks like some little green mountains) The image will then show up in the body of the message.

If the picture is NOT hosted on web space somewhere, you will not be able to add it until it is.
