Agreed, but what ever works, works. Gave up on PCs 2 years ago, my only regret - I have to run Windows on my MAC to use Microsoft Streets and Trips

Absolutely nothing. And some of the ads on this site were doing that.
I got the message on sunday only. No more. And I didn't change any settings.

If cross-site scripting is going on, IE9 is apparently just warning you that it's happening. If you don't like the warning, you can turn it off in the Security settings.

Personally, I'd rather know that something is happening that could be harmful than just to be left ignorant - that doesn't sound like much of a solution to me.

Would those of you having the warning, perhaps be running IE9 and Norton Security Suite? It looks like it is from Norton and not IE. I get that warning too and I just started using Norton recently. Just a thought.

So looking at this article, only the pdf file because ths MAC does not have MS Silverlight, it appears that this is a developers issue and really not an end user issue. I disagree since it pops up the message on the user's computers. This has been on-going since MS IE-8.

Now, isn't it strange that the developer can set a argument that will disable it for his site, or specific page? Doesn't that negate any security levels that MS is trying to force?

Information

Firefox looks much better for me now.
