Wendell and others...based on you all have done, I do not have an answer. I thought I did, but I don't.

As a suggestion click on the Contact Us link at the bottom of the page and tell our Tech Geeks what you are experiencing and what your PC set up is. I am sure the problem is being looked into, but your input will help.

What is strange to me is I have 2 laptops. One is 7 yrs old running XP & Firefox with 1gb of memory, the other is is new running Vista 64 bit running Firefox with 4gb of memory and they are fine. Yet I see reports of folks with similar machines and they have trouble. A possible difference could be the connection speed. I have a campground based DSL/T1 connection that has a download speed of 2150 KB on one machine and on the other I have a Verizon wireless card that runs at about 1270 KB.

I had trouble also, but then I found out my version of JAVA was out of date for this new software.
