I'm with you Barbara, I think Sandy if fibbing a little. No way that lady is going to sleep on the ground.

I was wondering if the irv2 logo will be changing to the logo used on the banner which has a stylized " i "
Wondering minds want to know.
Thanks

Notice Sandy didn't say she's sleep in a tent, only that she'd "pitch a tent".

How is it one careless match can start a forest fire but it takes a whole box to start a campfire?

Many people have reported that it's difficult to convert the stylized "i" vs a more traditional one. I think we will probably end up going back to one that looks more traditional because we want the logo to be very easy to read.

Which one do you like more?

I think a traditional "I" would be easier for people to read, especially for the first-time viewer.

Andy,

IMHO, the new "stylized" I doesn't come across as an I. Whenever I'm asked about iRV2 at a CG (we have the original grey stickers on our coach) & I direct a newbie to the site, they come back to me asking about the logo on the site vs the one I have on my stickers & don't get that the "little man" (as they call it) is acutally an I & I have to explain it to them. Also, I think it would also be very difficult to descern the website using the stylized I logo if it was put on a sticker placed on someone's rv. You want a logo to be easily readable, even at a distance, & I just don't think the stylized I works. It was a nice try, it just doesn't come across the way ya think it would.

That being said, it IS your site now, Andy, & you can do anything that you want with it. Just, please, reconsider the design for the "I" in the iRV2 logo so that the end result will be obvious upon viewing of that logo... that it IS an "I". Otherwise, you're going to get folks searching for rv2.com & that will get a searcher nowhere (unless you want to register & pay for the rights to rv2.com to corral the searchers that type it in as that).

Respectfully submitted,
Lori-

We like the " " bummer I can't type it so I'll change my vote to the lower case "i".

I prefer the regular letter "i" on the logo.

I didn't even realize the other was supposed to be an "i". It just looks like a figure to me. I proudly display my irv2.com stickers but don't think I would like one with the newer logo.

As a new member I'm wondering how you get the iRV2 stickers.
