New posts since last visit suggestion

The way this search tool currently works is to list all messages that have been posted in descending chronological order. If a number of posts to a thread have been made, each one is shown, with the newest (last) one first.

Would it be possible to show only the first post in a thread that was made since my last visit? When the posts in a thread are displayed chronologically, there is no need to show the other new posts in the thread. They are displayed directly below the first one.

This would make this forum hugely easier to browse.

Unfortunately, the software we buy from Groupee doesn't support making such a change. Thanks for the suggestion.
