I wasn't getting E-Mails and checked the spam folder on MSN.COM, I use Outlook Express, and sure enough they were being blocked up at the ISP level. Flagged them as "Not Junk" and now I get them in both.

I'm having some issues too, receiving some emails. I have Insight & it downloads to Outlook on my laptop upon sign on. But it catches spam in a Junk Folder. I can go online & check that Insight Junk Folder for contents. But, with the exception of 1 email a while back (which I since corrected by moving it to the Inbox & now that sender's emails come through), I have not seen any iRV2 emails caught in that Junk Folder yet.

I'm pursuing the issue with Insight to see if they know anything.

How is it one careless match can start a forest fire but it takes a whole box to start a campfire?

I use Yahoo mail and as far as I know every thing comes to my inbox or SPAM folder. I check the SPAM folder daily as some of my "good" mail ends up there. I never found any IRV2 email in my SPAM folder.

I have just spent 1 hour on the phone with my ISP tech support and they assure me that there is no problem with my email service. Please respond when you receive this message so I can see if it is fixed.

Thank you

Does anyone have any idea what the problem is and how to fix it? Are their others who have the same problem as I have since the server change?

I haven't heard back from my email question to the help desk from my ISP. Guess I'll have to call 'em & rattle their cage some. I'll post back when I get a response.

It looked like Yahoo and AOL were having issues (and maybe other ISPs). Can you all check and see if you are getting notices again or are they still not arriving?

Andy

I've been getting them since I went to MSN mail and flagged one as not junk.

wthomas1...you are not alone now. My notifications stopped working about 10AM today and I have not found a problem with mine either.

I believe others may have the same problem but are not bothering to report it. This will be my last post on this subject unless it gets fixed and I start receiving email notifications again.
