We have been doing some server work and it's likely that this is the cause. Thanks for the report.

No messages for 6 days now

I haven't received any messages from iRV2 for 6 days now. Am I the only one having a problem? Any idea when the problem might be fixed?

You might check your setting in the User CP. Also cehck your spam folder to see if they are being detoured.

I am still not receiving any email from iRV2. Yes I have checked my SPAM box and I haven't made any changes on my end. I would appreciate someone looking into the problem, otherwise I guess I am no longer a member of this site?

If your email is correct in your profile and the emails are not in your spam folder, then the next step is to check with your email ISP to see if they have the iRV2 domain mistakenly blocked as a spammer. We have seen ISPs do this before.

This problem started when the site was shut down for maintenance as per the following notice:

"We will be doing some work on the servers tonight started around 9:00 pm CST (GMT -6 hours). We will be closing the site down during this work so you will see a site down message while it's going on. The downtime could up to 4-6 hours but we hope it will be much shorter. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience.

Regards,

Andy"

I doubt that my provider decided at the same time to block iRV2 messages.

They could if our domain changed with the switch to the new server.

So who is the server so I can call my ISP and see if it is their problem?

The emails are coming from smtp.socialknowledge.net.

I will check things to see if we can find any issues on our end.
