Click the small 'Folder' icon at the bottom right of your post. It looks like an opened manila folder with a pencil stuck in it.
I'll link this thread to our administration area, possibly one of our other moderators and/or one of our owners will have a better insight into solving your problem.

Charlan,
Try this step:
On the top right of the forum thread click on the Go symbol and select Personal ZOne then Preferences.
Go > Personal Zone > Preferences
Roll down that screen until you get to the heading Posting Options and checkmark the box under Use signature on posts automatically. Then hit submit.
That should default the box that you are not able to check to always have the checkmark. Try it and let us know.
EDIT..Actually I was able to check that box for you. Try posting and see if it works now

Never had that icon till now, all I had there was the reply with quote, just happened to click the icon at the posted date and time and it appeared. by the way there is a tic mark in the signature box now.

Thanks I was never able to see all that before now, I guess something went amiss, every thing is working now, Thanks again.

Spoke too soon everything grayed out again, even in the preferences.
