Suggestion for Improvement

On the General Forum Page Numbers are appended to the title for topics in column 3 ...

This enables you to navigate directly to the "latest" page without going to the "first" page ... scrolling to the bottom ... then going to the "latest" page ...

I suggest Page Numbers be appended to the titles on this forum

Am I the only one that thinks this would be a good idea?

SkiGramp, I'm not sure I understand what your suggestion improves.

Seems like we already have the feature you're looking for..... just click on the last column "Last Post" and in one click your on the last page.

Also, when you open any topic to read, the page numbers, including the last page, are already just to the right of the of the title. Why append the two?

I'm all for efficiency and one-click results, so maybe you can clarify a little more.

I too am not quite sure what you're suggesting.

Could you give a specific example?

SkiGramp,

Thanks for the suggestion, we're always open to ideas to make the forums more user friendly.

I'm not certain I'm understanding exactly where you're proposing to put the additional page numbers but I will point out that after a multi-page thread is opened, the page numbers are at the top right and also at the bottom right in addition to being on the main forum page in column 3.

I thought what he was referring too, and I may be way off base, is that on some forums the page numbers are listed with the topic heading and with others they aren't. I frequent the Winnie forum and there could be several pages to a topic but you have to click on the topic to see that and be able to click on the page you want.

Since you mentioned Winnebago, I looked at the Winnebago Forums and found the a setting that activates the forum post counts turned off. I've turned it on, maybe that is what "skigramp" was referring to.

They're all supposed to be on, if anyone notices others without page counts, please let us know.
