No permission slip needed....just upload a photo to the photo section at the top of the page then when you have the picture downloaded to irv2....go to your picture on irv2 and right click on it.When you do this click on "properties" and there you will see the http address for your picture.copy this(make it blue) and then go to your profile page on irv2.
Where you would type your rig description you need to type this....First type a bracket like this "[" it's next to p and the lower one....then type the letters img,then the ] bracket.THEN PASTE your http picture.
After your picture,type the [ then this /img then the other bracket.
That should do it....Your picture should be edited to be 360x240 or smaller...Any photo editing software will do that for you.
