No changes have been made that I'm aware of. Are you having an issue with uploading?

Yes, get message "(exceeds filesize limit)".

File is 640x480, I think that is what I have always used?

I believe there is a difference in the dimensions (640x480) and the file size. Your camera has saved it as a high quality photo. Please try to resize the photo and then post - or you can email it to me at irv2smama@gmail.com and I will get it posted for you.
