I can load a photo into a discussion, and see it upon posting. However it disappears later.
I don't know if it is my computer or my method that is lacking.

The problem with the two pictures above is with the URLs for the photos, neither of them are connecting. Since they are from a Yahoo album, we can't diagnose the issue any farther.
As a suggestion, try uploading your pictures to iRV2's Photo Albums and substitute the resulting URL for the Yahoo URL. It should work if you do that.
Another option is to determine the problem with the Yahoo photo and correct it there.

Seems to me I remember the "yahoo issue" being the need to join or log in to the yahoo site to access the photos,thus making as Richard said, the yahoo links inoperative.
Richard gives you tremendous advice when he mentions joining our very own photo site too!

Well now that photo is too big!
But is is at least still there! How do I shrink it?
