I'm trying to add pictures with my iPad and I'm not allowed or can't hunt for pictures in the page that lets me on my pc. Any help?

This is from my iPad.
Go to quick reply and select " go advanced "
Then select the paperclip icon.
Then scroll down and select " manage attachments "
A new window will open and select " choose file " from photo gallery . Select upload and go back to the other window and complete the written part of your post and select reply. Your photo/ photos will magically appear

When I go to that page the "upload" computer buttons are dithered and will not let me upload a photo! Any other suggestions?
