Hello,
I didn't know where to post this but I wrote a private message to several forum moderators/admins and haven't received a reply yet. Please, would you mind checking your PM? I wrote to Andy R, bdickson, Janet H, JohnRR, Route 66, JMonroe. I need a few important informations.
I am sorry if this is the wrong section, you are obviously free to delete this thread or move it in a more appropriate section. I just need to know if it's possible to promote my company products on your forum.

I just contacted one of the three days ago via the "report post" icon.

On the bottom left of your thread block you will see a small red triangle with an ! mark in the center of it.

Click on that and you can report a post. They replied to me in two days.

They are all volunteers and it's holiday time so they may be doing some other things right now but I know they will get to you.

I just looked at some of the buttons in the heading line FAQ and Vendors and I find you must be registered to use Private Messaging, are you? And that vendors have a separate section for their adds. They also must register.

Maybe the information you need is posted and you just need to look it up.

Thank you to both of you for your kind reply, I will try as suggested from Arch Hoagland, I am a registered member of the forum otherwise i think I wouldn't be able to post a new thread and write here, right?. I usually contact the administrators privately to be extra sure about the procedure since I don't want to break any rule or be considered as SPAM.

When someone sends a message to multiple people such as in this case with the same request it takes time for all the people contacted to coordinate who is going to handle the request to ensure there is no conflicting information given. This can take a little bit of time to coordinate as everyone is not avaiable all the time.

The more people contacted can possibly make a reply exceed expectations of a reply in a matter of hours and easily extend it to a day or more.

Rest assured we do check PM's, EMail's, reported threads, posts, the Contact Us feature and posts in the issues forum.

It's not a case of simply ignoring someone.
