Hi,

Every once in a while I get a pop up banner just below the window tabs in Internet Explorer. The message says: “An add on for this site has failed to run. Also when I'm in the process of logging in the page seems to jump before I can enter my password. I have made no changes to my security settings in my browser and has only started to occur since around Thanksgiving. If it was a setting in my browser I would think it would happen all the time but it's only occasionally. Any ideas??

You would possibly get more help if you posted this in the technology forum. I may be mistaken but this forum is related more to tech issues with the forum. Not sure of course.

Make sure you have java updated and that you have the latest IE updates.

My best suggestion is that you download Firefox and try it out as a browser... I beleive that you would find infinitely better as a browser
You can always go back to IE (but I bet you won't).

Hi Janet and Thanks,
This problem has occured only recently. Everything is updated so I'm not sure what happened. I've had Firefox on my computer for years but I just don't like the way it handles favorites. I can't seem to organize and access them like I want.
