iRV2 has just set up our new "iRV2 Chatters" room and some of our group cannot access the room. They have a login and get the "dancing man" on the screen but then it goes white and nothing else. Those of us in the room can see when those people exit or time out but never see them come in. Is there something they are missing. One of them can access the room on high speed but not Wi-Fi or cell phone. Note that this in not a large number of users just 3 or 4. From time to time someone will get a message "disconnecting from server...reconnecting" but it never does. Any help will be appreciated.

Some thoughts....
Clear the cookies and check to see "Flash" is on your computer...
If I'm not mistaken you'll need "Flash" to chat.)

Bob;
I am out at Hemet at the WCMC Rally and I can't access the chat rooms either. How can we tell if we have flash on our computers? I thought I could get on the chat rooms when I was on cabel. The WIFI is awful slow here.

Clearing cookies helped one of our regular chatter's problems. To test Flash Player's Version use this link:

It "seems" that very slow connections that cause delay in inbound data traffic never load the chat applet. The computer may be timing out before the system can load.
I am positive that it is NOT the chat room but something on the users end. Too many of us chat without a problem every night in the iRV2 Chatter's Room.

Just to report back. I am in a Comfort Suites at Redlands, CA and we have a good internet connection. We have no problems here getting on the chat rooms. I believe most problems getting on the chat rooms is a result of poor connections. Many of the WIFI connections in RV parks are overloaded and slow.
