Quick Links > Mark Forums Read

I noticed the other day that when I clear all read forums, sometimes they are marked as read, and other times not. For instance, I logged in at 8:50 AM yesterday, read through my stuff and clicked Mark Forums Read.

I logged in again later that evening, and did the same routine. When I logged on this morning, there is no trace of the evening log in and of course the formerly read posts are still mixed in with the new ones.

Any ideas?

Mark

Hi Doc,

Try clearing your cache and deleting your iRV2 cookies.

Did as Dirk suggested at 11 AM. Now (roughly 12 hours later) there are 42 pages of new posts. Methinks the problem lies deeper than cache/cookies.

All those unread post indications would be correct as you deleted your cookies that would show most of them read.

Mark them all read and let's see what happens going forward.

Methinks I should never argue with Route 66. Seems he's always right!
