I keep getting "Upload Fail" errors when trying to post photos on some of my responses when using the iPhone app.

Was working fine for months until yesterday

Error msg says I am passed my quota...

Why?

50MB is the max amount of attachments for a regular member.

Another thing you might try is to reduce the size of the JPEGs you are trying to load. There are several ways to do this, particularly with photos taken with your smart phone that tend to be 1-2 Mb in size. They can be reduced to 2-400 Kb. They will then load much easier, particularly if you are bandwidth challenged.

The 2 posts above cover your options, if you're not wanting to delete photos to reduce the MB's of what you've got out there. Deleting photos that might be inserted in posts would remove them from your post & place the boxed red X in its place.
