This is shruggable, but it is a change since the down time.

It used to be that the pm notice would pop up in the top frame of any page if someone else has sent you a message. Now, after I go post a pm, when I go back to a regular forum page, the pm pop-up appears and I have to refresh to clear it out.

Is that the way The Team want it, because that doesn't make any sense to me?
