It would be nice if one could read the post he is responding to while a response is being crafted. Some posts are long and have several questions. Sometimes I forget to answer them all before submitting the reply. Being presented with only a blank screen to form a reply is not too helpful. Better if I could read the original post.

Click on "quote" and the post will appear with your reply.

You can also simply scroll back up and look at the psot and then scroll abck down.

Too many folks abuse the "quote" function and needlessly copy a whole post for no good reason. I like to delete all of the non-important info in the quote and olny qute the parts that you feel are required.

When posting a reply you can always scan up or down to read the post depending on whether it's a "quick reply" or a regular "post reply". Or as already mentioned you can always click on "quote" and it will be a part of your return reply.

Open in another window the right click on the bottom bar of your PC screen and "Tile Horizontally" or vertically if so inclined.

I actually have two monitors and just slide one window to the opposite monitor and view while typing.

Varying ways to accomplish the same thing.
