There appears to be a software/hardware anomaly.

If I knew where it was and I could reach it, I'd kick it for you.

I've referred the problem to the techies.

It's going on over at fiberglassrv.com, too! (same server)
Maybe it's a Vbulletin problem...

I know that recently there were some upgrades or other done very recently. Perhaps a server reboot is needed. I should dust off my old sun server and offer it up to the IRV2 gods for usage or perhaps a mirror

Yep...Janet posted a few days ago the site would be down during the night in Greenwich Village or something like that. I vote for either a server reboot or at the least a CTRL, ALT, DEL procedure.

Yeah, Janet posted the same thing at "sister site" fiberglassrv- site maintenance at 1 a.m. on the 28th.
Funny this site seems to be working o.k. now- except for a couple of "new topic" titles, nobody's been able to post at FGRV since 4:47 this afternoon

The official cause of the service interruption was a "rogue script".

It sounds like software garbage to me.

Hope you don't mind my asking here, but since both sites have the same Owners, server, and admin folks...
Does anybody have a clue as to what's broken over at http://www.fiberglassrv.com/index.html ???
Though you can see/browse the site, it's "allowed" no new posting except titles since yesterday afternoon....

Francesca - we are working on FGRV now, trying to identify the issue. It is the only site still affected.

Thanks, Janet!

Coming right on the heels of the maintenance-down,
I wondered if somebody "fixed" something "as long as I've got it apart" like my husband always does...
Wait a minute...
He has been out of town for a few days...
I hope he hasn't been over there with his handy-dandy toolbox, bothering everybody and scattering parts all over the place.

Francesca
