I have no issues with the changes, except the color of the font. It;s a nice color, but seens hard on the eyes to read.....needs to be a shade darker.

I see some like it.....maybe it's the difference between old and new eyes.

When I place my cursor on any of thee headings like "RV Forums" the advertising in the center header blocks the offerings. In other words, the selection is not moved to the front but instead is shown behind the advertising thus blocking the offerings for that selection.

PLEASE FIX THIS

Like many others I resist change but it sure looks like you are addressing the concerns or complaints and I'd suspect in a few days you'll have it all worked out. Thank you for making the system faster. (I did like the red font but this one is OK)

I don't use IE on the MAC, so I use Firefox. Anyone using that browser has options. You can increase or decrease your reading window as previously indicated.

Hold down "Command" (Control in Windows FF) and tap the + key to make the font larger, and the minus key to make it smaller. Here is the smart thing. Firefox will remember the site preferences and the next time you bring up IRV2 using FF it will be at the larger font. If you clear your preferences when you clear your cache it will revert to the normal font.

===========================

That being said, ADMINSTRATORS - Most web forum software comes with a provision that allows users to configure their own viewing profile, like black background, white letters, etc. with each "frame" configurable by the user. It does not affect anyone else excpet the person that configures their own profile.

Is the software for IRV2 forum not sophisticated enough to allow that? There are many free PHP forum software programs that are. It would minimize the discontented users.

Happy trails.

p.s., I'm okay with whatever format you use. However, you could have used a softer whit background color instead of "bright white." At least now I can use it as a flash light when I'm going to the porcelain throne.
The font sizing option is well known with Firefox. But why should I start dramatically resizing my pages because the "new look" has a 4:1 sizing ratio with the reading text? It screws up the entire rest of the page just to read one column that just needs to get fixed. I see that as of tonight it is getting slightly better, but I would love to hear the reason for such a dramatic change. Faster? Less memory cach? Certainly can't be for a better or easier read. The previous layout was very easy to read and easy on the eyes. Not now

Sarah, You must have a different forum page than me. I am with jimKate. I can't see where it is either when scrolling through Forums, RV Forums, Owners Forums. Providing the link is great but finding it again is something different.

I don't know if this helps you because I'm traveling with my iPhone. On the iPhone I press the home button on the banner than I press forum and all the forums are listed. I agree there should be a chassis forum choice in with the others.

You are looking at the drop down menus which are going to be fixed.

If you scroll down the main forum page, through the forums themselves, not the list in the toolbar, you will see all of the forums.
