Acer desktop. Windows 10. Google/Internet Explorer - most recent/Chrome
We updated to Windows 10 about a month ago but these ongoing problems began long before that. I believe I asked for help at that time, also.
The thing is that the double spacing and not being able to put a link in the Fast Reply but can do so in the Advanced means it's nothing regarding the equipment I'm using.
