We were informed about updating the forum, but I don't see anything any different. What changed?

The difference is that we now have glitches galore, login issues, Chat room problems, do I need to go on? I think it was a downgrade instead of an upgrade.

Sorry to be facetious but the past couple days have been frustrating with all the problems caused by our software provider.

Some of these problems may be links on pages not necessarily under the control of InfoPop.

For example the page
http://www.irv2.com/features.shtml
still has the old "ubb" references.

You want the webmaster to do a global search on all the pages for "ubb" in the source-code.

The change seems to have netted faster page loads and transitions between sections on the site. I also noted that in the chat rooms the "Little Red X" to exit is now working and it was not for some users for months and the "Profile" links to individual users in chat rooms is now working.

I have noticed the speed change and other than the one night outage have not had problems. Using old "favorites" and "Links" may cause some issues but none that I have found personally.

Tom,

Some of this thread may help, there has been some issues. I just was in the Fireside Chat with 6 others... some had to do a reboot after uploading the latest version of Flash. Others are using earlier versions and get in. Some have had issues with firewalls, others with ISP's.
