Just now, I got an email from this group acknowledging the issue I had with accessing the password reset page, promising a review and reply. I reported this issue last Monday & Janet H took care of my issue within minutes of reporting it, so I don't know why I even got the email. They're a day late & a dollar short (or should I say a WEEK late...). So much for prompt service from Social Knowledge. Janet is WAY better!!

LOL!

I'm glad you got your issue resolved - but also wanted to explain why you got the extra mail...

Social Knowledge is the name of the company that maintains our community and you got some extra mail today because there was a snafu moving the support e-mail from one system to another. The support system finally got fully set up today, but everyone who contacted tech support in the last few days got an e-mail receipt today instead of when they originally asked for help.

Just delete it unless you still need some help with your account (in that case please reply and tell us what the issue is). We're still kicking the tires on this new system and I apologize for any inconvenience.

Just another Cyber-space whoops...glitch???

All of the tech issues have been taken care of as far as we know. If you still ahve an issue, post a request in the Tech section and we'll get someone working on it.
