Keep getting spam on this forum. Does anyone else having this problem?

Occasionally get similar spam ... haven’t seen that specific one and haven’t got any for a couple of weeks. Usually have to clear cache to get it to stop when is does happen.

Yesterday I had the same thing from centurylink in one particular thread even after clearing cookies and cache. I did not have it today.

I have that and have had no problems for years just yesterday, actually just last night.

I get that exact one.
I have to turn my phone off.
Then back on to clear the message.

That isn't a this forum thing. I get it on my phone on two different news sites every couple of days.

I get rid of it by opening a new tab, closing the ad's tab and then go into the history and delete the offending ad's entry from the history. No more issues for a couple of days.

The blanket clear all cookies and cache just creates more work all of the other websites you normally use. I haven't found a malware/antivirus/adblocker yet that will find or stop this type of pop-up ad.
