strange happenings

Yesterday I reported an issue with a thread started 7/14. Below the quick reply box was the warning about this being an old thread. Which of course it was not, and your moderator who responded did not see the warning.
This morning I had 5 daily update emails about a different thread, all identical. I have no clue what's happening, but it isn't my computer or I would not have received those 5 identical emails with same time/date stamp.

UPDATE: I just had another anomaly. When replying to a post, the add a hot link button would not work. A minute later it worked normally. This entire site is now working normally. gremlins for sure.
