Suggestion for forum digest

Other threads have already mentioned the poor content of the forum digests.

This suggestion is for the current content of the new forum digest. When I click on the link to a thread that has been updated, I expect it to take me to the first new submission on that thread, NOT the beginning of the thread. I have read the earlier entries, I want to quickly get the submissions I have not read. If the thread contains many entries, or I am only doing the digest weekly, it will be difficult to locate where to start reading.

Details:

A forum digest contains two categories of information. New threads that have appeared in the forum and threads that have been updated.

When I click on the link to a new thread, it takes me to the beginning of the thread. This is what I would expect.

When I click on the link to a thread that has been modified it takes me to the beginning of the thread. Not very helpful. It should take me to the thread and the submission that I have not read. Don't take this to mean the last entry, I want to go the the submission that I have not read yet.

Please, would an admin fix the title spelling of "forum" on this thread.

Thanks for the suggestion - we should be able to get this in place shortly.
