The disappearing Thread.

I was wondering if anyone Else has had the same problem that I had happen to me a few times in the past and just a few minutes ago.
When I would be answering a thread and when I finished typing and when I clicked on to SUBMIT it all disappeared.
And a pop up came up and it would read SORRY BUT WE ARE HAVING A PROBLEM WITH THIS SITE. Or something to that affect.
Then it all would disappear
This is more then Just a thought.

I haven't noticed any problem. Has this been going on for a while or just today?

I'll have that problem often with a dicey WiFi connection but rarely with a wired connection.

I have had a problem with posting a few times, also on other forums. If I am writing a long reply now, I do it in Notepad and when I have it the way I want it, copy and paste into a reply box and send.

Typically the issue is with your isp or wifi connection --- if it were on the forum side EVERYONE would be having issues.... IMHO of course

I found out later it was sent to another thread.
I asked that the monitors when they send the threads to another location to let us know about.
Just a thought

This problem can happen if
A. There is a communication problem from you computer to the site or
B. Your time to compose the post exceeds the site timeout setting that automatically logs you off the site.

I always hit CTRL A to select all the info in the post then CTRL C to copy it before hitting post. This way if it does timeout (happens regularly as I can be long winded) I can log back in and then re-post (CTRL V) the message.

I do the same thing due to what the original poster complained about.
