threads too old to reply

I have tried to ask questions and reply to two threads only to have them refused because the threads to old.
There should be a way to re-up these threads, when I go to ask a question and request a irv2 response, the question goes to google. Frustrating, evolution of the internet, is that many sites were written in 2011 and this is 2015.

I would suggest you just start a new thread. I was on RV net and someone replied to a 2013 post, all of which was old news.

Depending on your situation, it might be better to start a new thread but include a link to the old one for reference.
