Fran,

I'm deferring to Bill on your difficulty, will PM him that you're still having a problem.

What operating system are you using (ie: windows XP or Vista...) Also what browser and version.

Can you also check and see that your browser is set to allow cookies?

Bill,

I am using Windows XP and Internet Explorer 6.0 and I have my settings at medium. It should allow cookies, I think!

You can check to see if your browser allows cookies by clicking on the "Go" link at the top left of this page and then the "Personal Profile" link. There is a cookies section and it will tell you if your browser allows cookies and if there is one stored for iRV2. If not you will need to enable this in your browser, if so than you may want to click on the delete link to clear maybe a bad cookie.

Bill

Your other website never had this many issues, I say go back to the old one, whoever designed this website needs to have his head examined!

quickiwe, any time new software is rolled out, there is a learnig curve. The old sofware had been outgrown and lacked features that this one has. Sure some things are done fifferently, but it is all for the better. You now have the ability to set up many options for yourself in the User CP.

First day we had the new site, I was fussin' and cussin' it, but with some use of the new site, everything is pretty smooth.

I noticed this is your first post. Did you just reregister rather than log into your old name. We can merge the two accounts into one if you desire.

OK Ken ,It does appear to be working now , I was just frustated last nite because it kept telling me the password was wrong after just recieving it. Repeated this several times and almost gave up. I take back everything I said to whoever built this website.

Here is a link from Microsoft that will help you with cookie settings using IE6

I had an issue signing into another site. While it turns out my PC was configured to accept cookies, it was NOT configured to accept cookies globally. That was my issue. Once I changed that it worked fine. That was the only site I ever had issue with. I don't go there anymore to a reset my cookies back to where they were before.

Point is, cookie settings can cause login issue,
