Trying to upload ad Photos

Hi, I'm trying to place an ad, I have tried four times to upload photos and get a reply that I exceed the limit, I have reduced to one photo Jpeg 3.5 MB and still get same message, do I have to convert to a different photo format? if so can you advise me on how? Thank You

I'm not sure what the size limit is, but 3.5 MB is not small. Try reducing your photos to the 100k range (each). Think in terms of VGA size (640 x 480) rather than megabytes. You can email high res photos to prospective buyers once they express interest.

Look below the photo add window and you will see size limits for the various file formats. 3.5 MB is way to big. Max for jpg is 2.0 MB and 1600 pixels x 1600
