trying to upload pics

ive been trying to upload some pics i keep getting an error says to big? i dont get it i post on facebook all the time plse help

Thanks for contacting us.

Be sure that the photo is appropriately sized, 620 x 620 pixels (or smaller) and no more than 100K. Even if they're only 40K or 50K they'll still show up with good definition on a computer screen.

I've been trying also to upload a pic of our 2005 38FDTS, but I can't get it to show on these pages. The current profile picture shows a current photo and shows it, but not on a message like this. Help....

Note that photos cannot be included in signatures.
