Viewing videos?

When I go to watch a video someone has posted alls I get is audio when I play it, the screen goes white and I can hear what is being said but no picture. I also can go to y-tube and look up and watch the same video with no problems, my problem is just on irv2 webiste. Can someone tell me what to do or change?

It probably involves which program is your default video player. Are you Mac or PC? If Mac, go to Finder, Applications, then right click on QuickTime and make it your default video player. If PC, go to Control Panel, go to Programs, find QuickTime, right click, and make it your default player. Then again, if you're PC, go to Best Buy, and buy a Mac.

John I have no other problems viewing video clips except on this web site like I already stated. Buying a mac so I can (if I could) watch video clips on IRV2 does not seem to be a cost effective investment. I just need to find out if something is blocking my viewing them on here or what is going on. If I hold my mouse on the progression bar on the video clip screen I see a small version of the clip but other than that the screen is white with audio. My video software on my computer is set to open and play all the differant kinds of formats. My problem again is just on here.

Please make sure that you have flash and java current and enabled. If you are still having trouble after that we need more info. Browser and version, security scheme, etc.
