I sent an email to the webmaster but never got an answer. I know that they somehow indicate the new messages in this session, but I don't know what all the little icons mean.

JC, don't recall seeing the webmaster question, but:

Down the extreme left column, the icons are described as follows:

If the outer icon (farthest left) is just grayscale, there is no new content..

If the icon is yellowthere is "new" content...

If the icon has a red earto it,this is a "hot" topic...[/list]

That's good to know. What does it mean when the left column has what looks like a loopback arrow? What is the second column for?

The second column identifies whether it's a forum topic or a forum poll....A little "v" in the right yellow box denotes a poll...

A topic with a switchback arrow is "linked" or denotes a "shortcut" to another forum...

For instance,if someone asks a question in the Winnebago forum about a problem with their Workhorse chassis, I would move the post to the appropriate Workhorse forum, but then leave a "shortcut" in Winnebago.....It's prety neat since when you "click" on the shortcut in Winniebago,it takes you right to the topic in Workhorse.
Also....at the top of these pages, you would see "Related Content Winnebago Forum" when you were reading the forum in Workhorse.....Got it??

Really doesn't affect the poster, just gives the topic TWO shots at being seen.

I don't know if all computers work this way, but mine pops up a little box which "explains" what each symbol means whenever I position the cursor on the symbol and don't click. ED
