What are these little tags?

Various little graphic icons on thread titles as listed in a forum are used to designate different things about that thread.

For example, it seems, a little paper clip means there's an attachment.

For example, it seems, a little blue thumb tack means the thread is a "sticky."

But what does the little tag, which kinda looks like a little outhouse tilted to the left, mean (the outhouse is white, the outhouse door is blue)?

Like here, just to the left of the little paper clip icons, for example (sometimes these little tags are just there on a thread title all by themselves):

If you run your mouse cursor over them, the tags associated with that thread (located in the box just below the final post on a page) are displayed. Their presence means that there are tags associated with the thread.

Ahhhhhh, like this thread . . . little tilting outhouse tag information reveals this thread is associated with "tags!" That makes sense. Must help with the search function.

Does a moderator have to create those associations or is the software smart enough to do it? I see many threads don't have little tilting outhouse tags (might mean either the moderators or the software is as confused as the rest of us ).

Thanks for your help.

I can really understand if it is an "outhouse" tag for my posts. Yep! Really can.

I'll have to go look now.

Ah! I see now. Yep, as stated it is to help in searches. I looked at a tag close to this thread and it had HWH as a tag. This one has "tags" as a tag.

The moderator does not have to create them. I believe that the OP is the one that does it but not positive on that one. If you click on the word "tags" in the in the bottom of the thread, or on the tag itself in the listing of threads it will bring up all associated posts with the word "tags" in it.

Don't quote me on who creates them. A moderator should jump in soon and straighten out my outhouse.

Edited: See, I knew I was passing outhouse information. So my next question is, how are the tags generated automatically and what criteria is needed for the software to generate a tag, since not all threads have a tag?

Anxiously awaiting answer.
