what the heck??????

We get new software and my posts went from over 2700 to 665? What's up with that?
It's not a big deal but I would appreciate the post count reinstated. Having been a member since this site came off yahoo (2000) and only 200 members I kinda liked having a high post count

This has been discussed elsewhere but basically almost everyone's post count has dropped because a year or so ago some of the oldest posts from years ago were deleted to save server memory on the old system.

The new vBulletin software counts the actual number of posts in the database and so it was not possible to retain the old post count.

As Janet notes, a while back posts from December 2004 and older were deleted as the cost memory space was getting excessive.

Everyone of us who posted before that date lost posts.
