There used to be a section on frequently asked questions around here.

At one point I think it was a sticky on this section. & that would be logical to me.

I've been asked how I got my maps in my signature and it might be nice not to have to reinvent the wheel, me not being anything, but a novice at this and all.

So, where are they?

They were "dumped" several months ago because they were too specific to the forums and we ran out of room when a sponsor link was requested.

I remember needing them very much when I started prowling around. & I don't think I'm that blonde and more recently for the pictures.

Is anyone doing an update?

Not that I'm aware of.

Every site needs a Forum help for new members. I first came here in Feb 05, but went away because I was confused by a number of things. Then I got some encouragement to come back.

IMO a Forum Help of some kind is going to keep new members returning and the site more active than any advertizer will.

It's not the FAQ your post is referring to, but if you'll click Tools>>Help, then select 'Forums', there are some topics there regarding navigating, posting topics and replies,
posting photo albums, enhancing or editing a post, our UBB codes, graemlin codes, favorites and notification.
