Why Does This Happen???

If I have not logged in or clicked on the web site of IRV2 in a couple of weeks----then I do decide to come here ----- its like they don't even recognize me-----my user name isn't recognized my password isn't recognized ----- so then I have to email the web site to wake someone up or ???? What gives here
